Survey study of influences on neck pain and related disability
You are eligible if the following apply to you:
- You are currently experiencing neck pain
- Your neck pain is not the result of bone fracture, cancer, lung disease or other systemic illnesses (e.g. its likely related to muscles or joints of your neck)
- You are able to read and understand English at a minimum grade 6 level
You are eligible even if you are experiencing pain in other areas of your body, as long as one of those areas is your neck. Those who are currently involved in compensation or litigation (legal action) are also eligible. All responses are anonymous and stored on a secure server, they can not be linked back to your name or other identifying information.
The entire survey should take you no longer than 15 minutes to complete. You will have the option of saving your responses and returning later if you wish to.
